Workforce Wellbeing Charter

Workforce Wellbeing Charter  Certificate of Accreditation

In June 2015 Summerhill Primary School became the first stand-alone school in Liverpool or Sefton to receive national recognition of the Workforce Wellbeing Charter and achieve higher levels than commitment which is evidence of the school leaders and governors genuine concern and investment for staff wellbeing.

The positive impact that employment can have on health and wellbeing is now well documented and there is strong evidence to show how having a healthy workforce can reduce sickness and absence, limit staff turnover and improve productivity.

Summerhill Primary has always been a place where staff enjoy great relationships between themselves, with their pupils, their parents and governors.
